I can't believe Ila is 4 months already. It has gone by too quickly and she is growing way too fast. I am enjoying her more and more each day. I am head over heels about her. There are definitely things you learn about yourself when you have a baby that you didn't really know before. I have a lot more patience than I ever thought myself capable of and I also learned that I am really selfish about by alone time. It is such a change going from doing your own thing for years to doing Ila's thing all day. She is an awesome baby and she can already do so many things. At 4 months old these are Ila's stats. Weight- 13lbs10oz Length- 24in (all measurements in 50%). She sleeps most of the night but gets up frequently in the early morning. She has rolled over from belly to back and back to belly. She isn't consistent about her rolling but we did catch some on camera! She is learning to eat rice cereal but I'm unsure how much she really gets in her belly. It is mostly all over her bib and in her hair when she's done. She is a super hungery girl and nurses almost every 2 hours during the day. It is rare that she will nap during the day unless we are in the car/stroller/or grocery cart. She loves being around other people and is always on her best behavior for others. She still has all of her hair. It is long and shaggy and looks like it has highlights. It is growing in a lot lighter. She has just started giggling and it seems to shock her when she lets out a loud laugh. I love this little girl so much and am so glad I get to spend my days with her (even on the days that I would do anything for a break and a Coke)!

I love your descriptions! I can almost picture the little cutie pie! I am sorry she doesn't take naps during the day, and it is obvious to me that you are an excellent mother. The photos are absolutely precious! Can Ila show Bronwyn how to roll from back to belly please?!

chelsea even from 2200 miles away we love this little girl! im so jealous jesse got to see her!! come visit soon!! or you can just send ila out i will take care of her for a while and you can have a break and all the coke you want!!

Wow.. she gets more cute every time I look at her. I love the strawberry dress :) I second the relaxing day off with a Coke.
I still can't getoverher hair. Love it. She is such a doll. It is amazing the things that you learn about yourself and that your children teach you. Kids are great! Especially when they are asleep :o)
